How do I make an appointment?

Individuals, concerned family members, and/or community professionals can schedule appointments by calling 612-824-3369. (Fax number 612-824-3574)

The best time to call for an appointment is between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM , Monday through Friday. Voicemail messages left during the weekdays will be returned within 24-hours.  Weekend calls will be returned on the first work-day of the following week. All calls made to Relationships are confidential.

When is the office open?

Relationships is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM , Monday through Thursday, Friday 9 AM to 1 PM and Saturday by appointment only (10 AM to 1 PM). Appointments typically consist of a 50-minute session.

Do you accept my health insurance?

If Relationships, LLC is aware of a client’s HMO provider, services may be billed to insurance. If a client chooses declines utilize their insurance, sessions are $250. 

Insurance often covers therapy-related services; however, each policy is different, and it is the clients’ responsibility to cover any fees determined as patient responsibility by their insurance carrier. 

For insurance with a deductible, Relationships, LLC. will collect $100.00 at the beginning of each session until the deductible has been met and we receive the confirmation from the insurance company or the remittance.
